Consulting & Support
 
  • Olympus will answer all the necessary enquiries from hospitals and customers regarding OR Integration projects - via phone, e-mail or arranging a personal visit to the center.
  • Whenever it is required, full consulting services can be offered, including a detailed study of the customer’s requirements, drawing design and guidance on implementation.
  • Quotation: develop proper system for very specific quotation (including financial packages in agreement with Customer Knowledge Department in Hamburg).

Project Management Support
  • Following the consulting phase, Olympus can direct the project to its end, coordinating all the teams involved in the setup of an advanced integrated Operating Room.
  • If local resources available should not be sufficient, the European Competence Center can offer to lead the implementation project either at project management level or at engineering level.

Peripheral Control System issues
  • The necessary software and hardware systems are already developed and ready to be offered to the different centers as standard packages. A customized package can also be offered if required by the customer, and quoted separately.
  • In compliance with the standard quality and security requirements, our control equipment is compatible with the main suppliers of surgical equipment.

Training. Demonstrations and Promotion
  • Olympus and the European Competence Center will be able to train, at different levels based on request – from basic user skills to complete maintenance training-, doctors, nurses and hospital engineers.
  • Demonstrations and visits to customers, either at European Competence Center facilities or at Hospital Clinic of Barcelona (as Reference center) are offered on request, as part of our services.
