1. Are you 50 years old or older?
2. Do you have a familial risk? (Did an immediate relative develop colon, uterus or stomach cancer or polyps?)
3. Are you a type 2 diabetic?
4. Are you overweight and do you have high blood lipid levels as well as high blood pressure?
5. Do you smoke?
