Olympus introduces a new endoscopic Ultrasound System that allows you to take full advantage of EUS-Guided FNA - an established technique for tissue Diagnosis in and around the Digestive tract. Endoscopic ultrasonography guided fine-needle aspiration is fast becoming one of today's most effective diagnostic techniques. Now Olympus has joined forces with an ultrasound pioneer, Aloka, to develop a system that maximizes the potential of this popular new technique. The result is a EUS-guided FNA system that combines Olympus's unrivalled endoscopic video image quality with Aloka's sophisticated ultrasound imaging.
- Incorporating the EVIS 140 series CCD and a broad band Convex Array transducer, high resolution ultrasound images and crystal clear, true-to-life video endoscopic images can be observed
- Electronic Convex scanning facilities, the use of advanced imaging techniques such as Colour Doppler and Power Doppler, making it easier to interpret blood flow conditions and offering added performance with elecronically adjustable focusing and multi-frequency images capability
