Thanks to an outstanding working length of 272 mm, TUR can be performed in a more relaxed way, without the need of pushing the resectoscope, even in long urethras or big bladders.
Due to its modular design the long resectoscope can be configured according to actual needs. The system can be used with 24Fr. single flow, or 27 Fr. continuous flow.
The sheath offers an increased number of irrigation holes arranged in a circular array around the distal end. This design results in a lower pressure per hole and thus prevents a blocking of the outflow.
