The CleverCut coating on the proximal end of the cutting wire not only minimises the risk of pancreatitis and damage to surrounding tissue, but also reduces the risk of electrical contact between the wire and the endoscope.

 The NeedleCut3VTM is available with Olympus CleverCut coating (KD-V451M needle knife only), which helps to protect the surrounding tissue in case of inadvertent papilla movement.

Full separation of the injection and guidewire lumens facilitates cannulation after incision without having to exchange catheters. In addition, contrast can be smoothly injected while the guidewire remains in place.

Stone Management
Multi-3V Plus - Excellent balloon durability combined with efficient stone extraction capability provides more choice and flexibility for ERCP physicians

 The new Multi-3V Plus is made of thick, high quality latex which increases the durability and reduces the possibility of bursting during stone extraction.

The extraction balloons can be inflated to one of three diameters: 8.5 mm, 11.5 mm, and 15 mm or 15 mm, 18 mm, and 20 mm. Each size can be easily adjusted by three clearly marked syringes to cope with the anatomical conditions of each case.
A distal wire-guided option facilitates extraction of multiple stones with the guidewire remaining in place.

TetraCatchV / FlowerBasketV - Retrieval baskets for reliable stone management

With conventional four-wire design, TetraCatchV retrieves a wide range of stones in the bile duct and pancreatic duct.

The FG-V421PR and FG-V422PR are designed to be rotatable allowing for the retrieval of small stones. The bullet-shaped tip ensures smooth insertion into the bile duct.

Olympus polyethylene stents offer the optimal combination of flexibility and stiffness. The tapered design of the distal end allows for smooth insertion into the papilla and simplifies the passage of tight strictures. Flaps and side holes increase drainage capacities and reduce migration.
