Rinse Water Treatment - taking care of inadequate water quality.
Water quality can significantly contribute to the overall reprocessing success. No matter how efficient the cleaning and disinfection cycle have been, the scope can be contaminated by waterborne microorganisms such as Salmonella or legionella. The combination of an improved UV-light unit and the dosage of a small amount of PAA into the rinse water ensures a hygienically safe quality and therefore perfect reprocessing results.

EndoAlpha Documentation
Linking miniETD2 via Endoscan2 to the hospital data warehouse facilitates the updating and harmonisation of relevant patient data. Patient diagnosis, visual records from the examination and reprocessing documentation of the used endoscope are now easily manageable and accessible, everywhere and at all times.

EN ISO 15883-1 and -4: full compatibility
Extensive testing of efficacy, safety and compatibility are an absolute must for state-of-the-art endoscope reprocessing. In the past, the requirements and the design were established by local or national authorities and institutions. Today European and ISO standards allow for an internationally valid evaluation and comparison of endoscope washer disinfectors. miniETD2 and the related Olympus reprocessing chemicals have been extensively tested by independent laboratories and declared compliant with all partial requirements of EN ISO 15883-1 and -4.
