At the beginning of 2025, the Top Employers Institute has once again recognized Olympus as a Top Employer in Europe for the 18th consecutive year. This recognition highlights the ongoing effort across the company’s teams to create a supportive and inspiring workplace. Olympus entities in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal have all been awarded the Top Employers certification for 2025.

Each year, the independent Top Employers Institute evaluates and certifies organizations based on their excellence in Human Resources (HR) practices. The comprehensive HR Best Practices Survey assesses six core areas and 20 topics, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Well-being. To secure this certification, Olympus entities across Europe responded to 255 survey questions.
