The Perspective Playground at photokina 2018
The Perspective Playground highlights the importance of lenses and optical technologies in cameras, bioscience as well as medicine in a playful and artistic way. An inspiring art exhibition becomes a playground for photography and thus ensures an incomparable product experience with all of Olympus’ newest system camera models. Olympus’ famous Check & Clean service as well as several special events & workshops round off the offering for Olympus Perspective Playground visitors at photokina 2018.
Art meets photography and science: EYE SEE YOU
The artists Morag Myerscough and Luke Morgan are known around the world for their distinct approach making large scaffold structures adorned with neon geometric patterns and shapes often incorporating positive messaging hand painted onto plywood. Their colour-intensive, constantly changing, interactive installation “Super Labyrinth” created for the Olympus Perspective Playground offers a colourful experience. It allows visitors to try out Olympus cameras from different viewpoints, see the world through the camera, and interact with it in playful ways. An experience that contrasts with the usual trade fair activities and that visitors can take home, not just in the form of photos on an SD card.
There will also be a number of special offerings such as the popular Olympus Check & Clean service as well as different (evening) events and workshops at the Olympus Perspective Playground at photokina 2018. More information will be published at www.perspectiveplayground.com regularly.
