Its slim 3.1 mm diameter insertion tube makes it well suited for insertion and position confirmation of double-lumen endobronchial tubes often used during differential lung ventilation. The scope is compatible with double-lumen tubes of 32 Fr. or greater.

A large 2.6 mm suction channel increases the scope’s capability to suction even highly viscous sputa. With an outer diameter of only 5.2 mm, the LF-TP is compatible with single-lumen tracheal tubes with an internal diameter of 6.0 mm or greater.
