The E-M5 Mark II’s 5-axis VCM image stabilisation powerfully compensates for any type of camera shake. Not only has it achieved a compensation performance of 5 shutter speed steps for still images, but image stabilisation for movies has also significantly improved. The dust-proof and splash-proof construction, hailed as absolutely reliable by many pro photographers, is now also freeze-proof for even better reliability under the harshest of conditions. Using M.ZUIKO DIGITAL lenses with a 16M Live MOS sensor and TruePic VII image processing delivers truly excellent optical performance. The incredibly high performance and excellent mobility the E-M5 Mark II provides opens doors to new shooting experiences.
Not only is the E-M5 Mark II dust and splash-proof, but the camera is resistant to temperatures as low as -10°C, for trouble-free shooting in all environments. Multiple ring-shaped seals protect the camera from sand, dust, rain and water spray, making it ideal for all kinds of outdoor shooting.
Five-axis Image Stabilization
The camera is equipped with an improved in-body 5-axis image stabilisation system which compensates for vertical, horizontal, and rotational camera shake that conventional 2-axis systems of the past have been unable to handle.
The new FAST AF system boasts the world’s shortest* shooting time lag, for fast and accurate focusing, so you’ll never miss the perfect shot – even underwater.* Compared with cameras with interchangeable lenses on sale as of February 5, 2015; the wide end of M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 12-40mm F2.8 PRO; single AF target (centre); IS OFF; based on CIPA standard; by Olympus

This is a 24 mm wide-angle power zoom lens with maximum magnification of approx. 4.2x. A linear-motor-driven MSC mechanism that realizes faster and more quiet AF control and an electric zoom mechanism capable of stable zooming operation at constant speed make shooting of both still images and movies comfortable. With its dust-/splash-proof design, this lens can be used in any environment.
This small and light macro lens is the high-end lens of the class with the maximum image magnification of 1.25x (35 mm equivalent maximum image magnification 2.50x) and the closest focusing distance as short as 95 mm (working distance is about 14mm). Its optical design reduces vignetting even in the macro range and allows for beautiful expressions with circular blurring or distance blurring.
