Olympus digital cameras also feature a Movie recording function. If while taking photos you feel like recording a movie, simply press the Movie Recording button, and the camera will switch to movie mode and start recording automatically.
If shooting movies underwater without using strobe lighting, set the camera to AUTO mode to automatically increase the sensitivity according to the surrounding brightness. You can also use Exposure Compensation to adjust brightness, but in order to retain some of the blue hue of the water a setting of -0.7 to -0.3 EV may be best.
Be sure to set the image stabilization ON. The strong image stabilization reduces unwanted blurring even underwater and results in stable movies.
